Essex Glamping are pleased to announce that we now offer Kayaking at Hadleigh Country Park. There’s no greater thrill than skimming across the surface of the water with friends and family, why not bring the whole family and experience an unforgettable kayaking session and enjoy the rest of the park before and after your experience on the water. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 mins earlier for your session as you will need to be fitted with your lifejacket and there will be a safety briefing, ARRIVING AT YOUR ALLOCATED TIME WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF TIME ON THE WATER.

We also offer children’s parties on Saturday mornings for a 50 minute session between 10am or 11am. You can have up to 10 children over the age of 8. Bookings can be made online, however, we advise contacting us prior to booking.

All participants must be able to swim, although buoyancy aids are provided, no persons will be allowed on the reservoir unless they can swim.

Don’t forget to have a spare set of clothes on standby in case you get wet!

There are no unsafe currents to worry about on our reservoir, so you can kayak with confidence whenever the mood takes you regardless of your experience levels.

Whether you’re an experienced kayaker or a newbie everybody is welcome to join in the fun, Terms and conditions apply. Children under the age of 8 year olds to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) on a double kayak. Children under 5 are not permitted.

To avoid disappointment, pre-booking of your activities is advised prior to arriving at the park. Bookings on line will require the completion of a disclaimer. We do welcome walk-ins on the day, however this is subject to availability and you will also be required at the time of booking to fill in our disclaimer.
